Rekhi Singh is the
founder of R Systems and established the company in
1993. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Singh is
considered by many as a pioneer in the information technology
industry.
Prior to R Systems,
Mr. Singh held senior management positions with HCL
Technologies and DISC (now Synergex), in the United
States, Singapore and India. Mr. Singh received a Bachelor
of Technology degree from IIT, Kharagpur, India and
a Masters in Business Administration from California
State University, Sacramento, California. He has completed
the Harvard Business School's "Leading Professional
Service Firms" program, and participated in UC
Berkeley's Center for Executive Development Advanced
Management Program.

Baldev Singh (Lt. General, Retired)
has more than 40 years of international experience along
with handling top managerial, diplomatic and human resource
development related assignments.
Mr. Singh has a Masters
in Military Sciences from the prestigious Madras University
in India and attended the University of California at
Berkley, where he studied Strategic Account Management,
Marketing and Senior Management.

O'Neil Nalavadi joined R Systems
as Chief Financial Officer in January 2000. Mr. Nalavadi
brings with him over 20 years of experience in Finance,
Accounting, Mergers and Acquisitions with both public
and private companies.
Prior to joining R
Systems, Mr. Nalavadi was the Senior VP, CFO and director
of UBICS, Inc. While at UBICS Mr. Nalavadi provided
financial leadership to successfully complete an IPO
for UBICS on NASDAQ. He also served in various management
capacities for companies in the UB Group in the United
Kingdom and India from 1984 to August 1997, including
public companies listed on London Stock Exchange and
BSE. Along with this, Mr. Nalavadi has successfully
completed several mergers and acquisitions worldwide
and has extensive experience in successfully integrating
back office operations to deliver measurable benefits
and enhance return on investment.
Mr. Nalavadi is a
Chartered Accountant with Honor Rolls and was awarded
the Bachelors of Commerce and Economics degree with
First Class Honors from the University of Bombay.

Swaminathan

Prior to joining Indus Software, Raj was Vice President
of Technology at GE-Capital and Chief Information
Officer at GE-Countrywide. Raj has also headed the
IT function at Standard Chartered Bank for consumer,
corporate banking and treasury businesses.
Mr. Raj Swaminathan has an MBA from Xavier Labour
Relations Institute (XLRI), India.

Kumar Gogia

Mr. Raj Kumar Gogia completed his B. Tech Honors.
(First Class First) in Electrical Engineering from
IIT, Kharagpur, India in 1961.
He has vast knowledgeable experience of 45 years
serving various Indian, multi-national and foreign
interests. He joined R Systems as an additional director
in July 2002. Mr. Gogia continues to provide his guidance
and advice to the Board of Directors of R Systems
International Limited.

Mr. David Richard Sanchez completed

from Yale University in 1981. He has over 23 years experience

J.P. Morgan & Company (New York), Bankers Trust
Company (New York), Merrill Lynch International (California),
Bear Stearns & Company (California) and Sanchez
Global Advisors Inc. (California).

even higher levels in customer satisfaction by constantly
striving to be the leader in product excellence, creativity
and technological innovation.

Suresh
Paruthi

Mr. Suresh Paruthi had completed his Bachelor of
Technology (Hons.) from IIT, Kharagpur, India in 1972.
He has also completed a certificate course in export
marketing from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade,
New Delhi.
Mr. Paruthi has vast experience in efficiently serving
various multinationals, such as, Siemens Limited,
Bhartia Cutler Hammer Ltd & Omron Asia Pacific
Pte.
