R Systems Acquires Sento Europe

Noida, January 23, 2008: We are pleased to announce that pursuant to the approval of the Board of directors of R Systems International Limited and signing of the Asset Purchase Agreement for acquisition of entire share capital of Sento Europe B.V., a Netherlands corporation and Sento S.A.S., a French corporation (collectively known as Sento Europe), the acquisition of the entire share capital of Sento Europe has been completed today i.e. January 23, 2008.

From today onwards Sento Europe B.V., a Netherlands corporation and Sento S.A.S., a French corporation are the wholly owned subsidiaries of R Systems International Limited.
