R Systems Announces its Results for the Quarter &
Half year ended June 30, 2007

May 23, 2007: The Board of directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting held on May 23, 2007 has inter alia unanimously approved the following:
- Repayment of the outstanding amount of external commercial borrowings obtained from the wholly owned subsidiary R Systems (Singapore) Pte. Ltd during July 2003 to October 2003 amounting to USD 340,000.
- Investment on conversion of warrants or surrender of rights under the warrants held by R Systems International Limited in VantageMed Corporation.
