Systems, Inc. Earns a Spot on Inc. 500 List for Third
Consecutive Year

Systems, Inc., a premiere provider of Information
Technology solutions, has been named one of the fastest-growing
companies for a third consecutive year by Inc. magazine,
which released its annual ranking of the Inc. 500, the
comprehensive guide to America's fastest-growing private
companies.
The Inc. 500, published on October 17th, is an exclusive
report on the companies and CEOs who are changing the
face of American business. Noteworthy alumni include
Microsoft, Oracle, Intuit, and E*Trade.

Systems which ranked 440th on the list of 500 companies
provides premiere consulting and turn-key solutions
to many of the Global 1000 and mid-sized companies,
government and new economy businesses. The company is
the only Sacramento area based Technology Company to
be ranked for last three consecutive years (1998, 1999
and 2000) and is one of only three companies in the
Sacramento area to make the list this year.
"The
past three years have been amazing for us, for both
the U.S. and India operations" said Rekhi Singh,
R System's chief executive officer. "To
be a part of such a prestigious list as the Inc.500
for three consecutive years is a great accomplishment,
especially since only 55 companies in the 19 year history
of Inc. 500 have been named to the list more than four
times."

To be eligible for the Inc. 500, companies have to be
independent and privately held through 1999, have at
least $200,000 in sales in the base year, 1995, and
their 1999 sales must have exceeded their 1998 sales.
Additionally in September of this year, R Systems was
ranked 24th by the Sacramento Business Journal's 100
Fastest Growing Companies. This list was based on both
private and public companies in the Sacramento Area.
