Personal Accident insurance

R Systems provides personal accident insurance cover to all its employees right from the day of joining. The amount of insurance cover differs from position to position. In the case of a fatal accident, there is a provision for a financial relief to the next of kin, as applicable to the position of the employees.

Medical insurance

All employees who are on the rolls of the Company are entitled to a medical insurance cover as applicable to their positions right from the day of joining. Should an employee desire, he/she can also include the dependent family members within the coverage amount applicable to his/her position.

Vacation

All employees of the Company are entitled to 21 days earned leave during the year. In addition to this, they can also avail General Leave limited to 12 days.

Life insurance

In case of death, employees are covered under life insurance cover.

ESOPs

R Systems employees are entitled to ESOPs whenever the scheme is launched in the Company. The allotment is decided by a committee appointed for the purpose.

Car Loans

All employees who have completed two years in the Company can avail of this facility.

Gratuity benefits

Employees who have served RSI for 5 yrs or more are entitled to gratuity benefits at the time of separation from the Company.
