Noida, January 07, 2010: R Systems International Limited has informed NSE and BSE that the Company has completed the last quarter of its financial year on December 31, 2009 and will publish its audited annual financial results in lieu of the unaudited quarterly results for the last quarter, within a period of 3 months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year i.e. on or before March 31, 2010.
