Noida, July 14, 2009: The meeting of the Board of Directors of R
Systems International Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 24, 2009 at the
Corporate Office of the Company at C - 40, Sector - 59, Noida to inter alia consider
and approve the following
- Audited financial results of the Company and the unaudited consolidated financial
results for the quarter and half year ended June 30, 2009.
- Reappointment and remuneration of Mr. Raj Swaminathan as Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
