R Systems Announces its Board Meeting to inter alia consider the following

Noida, July 18, 2007: The meeting of the Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, July 30, 2007 at the Corporate Office of the Company at C - 40, Sector - 59, Noida to inter alia consider the following

  1. To take on record the audited financial results of the Company & the unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
  2. To consider and approve the reconstitution of the Compensation Committee of directors with the addition of one non-executive independent director as the member of the said committee.
