International Limited at its meeting held on April 25, 2008
has inter alia unanimously approved the following:
Audited financial results for
the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
Unaudited consolidated financial
results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
Approved an additional investment in / loan up to US$
1 million in R Systems Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned
subsidiary of R Systems International Limited
Took on record the change of name of its recently acquired
subsidiary Sento Europe B.V. to R Systems Europe B.V.
