R Systems Announces its Results for the Second Quarter &
Half Year ended June 30, 2009

July 24, 2009: The Board of directors of R Systems
International Limited at its meeting held on July 24, 2009
has inter alia unanimously approved the following:
- Audited financial results for
the quarter and half year ended June 30, 2009.
- Unaudited consolidated financial
results for the quarter and half year ended June 30, 2009.
- The reappointment and remuneration
of Mr. Raj Swaminathan as Director and Chief Operating
Officer of the Company.
- Approved an additional investment in / loan of Sing
$ 400,000 to R Systems (Singapore) Pte. Limited, Singapore,
a wholly owned subsidiary of R Systems International Limited.
