R Systems Announce the Introduction of an Additional Item on the Agenda of its Board Meeting

Noida, October 24, 2006 : The management proposes to take the approval of the Board by way of an additional item on the agenda of its board meeting scheduled to be held on 28th October 2006 for making an investment of Rs. 20 Crores (approx) for the procurement of land & development thereon under the Noida Authority Scheme or under any other best available alternative for expansion of capacity.
