Noida, October 24, 2009: The Board of directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting held on October 24, 2009 has inter alia unanimously approved the following:

1. Audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2009.
2. Unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2009.
3. Took note of the resignation tendered by Mr. O’Neil Nalavadi, Director Finance and Chief Financial Officer effective November 08, 2009.
