Noida, October 24, 2009: The Board of directors of R Systems
International Limited at its meeting held on October 24, 2009 has inter alia unanimously
approved the following:
- Audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2009.
- Unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended
September 30, 2009.
- Took note of the resignation tendered by Mr. O’Neil Nalavadi, Director Finance and
Chief Financial Officer effective November 08, 2009.
