R Systems Announce its Results for Third Quarter ended 30th September 2006

Noida, October 28, 2006: The Board of directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting held on 28th October 2006 has inter alia unanimously approved the following:

  1. Unaudited quarterly financial results for the third quarter ended 30th September 2006.
  2. Investment of Rs. 20 Crores on land & development thereon for expansion of capacity.
