Mr. Satinder Singh Rekhi founded R Systems in 1993. Mr. Rekhi has over 25 years of experience and is one of the leading figures in the information technology industry. Prior to joining R Systems, Mr. Rekhi held senior management positions with HCL Technologies and DISC (now Synergex) in the United States, Singapore and India.

Mr. Rekhi has graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT, Kharagpur, India and a Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento. Mr. Rekhi also attended several senior management programs from University of Berkeley and Harvard Business School.

Presently Mr. Rekhi is designated as Chairman and Managing Director on the Board of R Systems International Limited.

Lt. Gen. Baldev Singh (Retd.) joined the Board of R Systems on September 01, 1997. Mr. Singh has over 41 years of international experience including handling top managerial, diplomatic and human resource development related assignments. Prior to joining R Systems, Mr. Singh served the nation in Indian Army as Lieutenant General.

Mr. Singh has graduated with a Masters in Military Sciences from the prestigious Madras University in India. He has also attended two short courses at University of California at Berkley, in Strategic Account Management and Marketing.

Presently Mr. Singh is designated as President and Senior Executive Director on the Board of R Systems International Limited.

Mr. O'Neil Nalavadi joined the Board of R Systems in January 06, 2001. Mr. Nalavadi has over 25 years of experience in financial, accounting, mergers and acquisitions with both public and private companies. Prior to joining R Systems, Mr. Nalavadi was the Senior VP, CFO and director of UBICS, Inc. where he had provided financial leadership to successfully complete the IPO for UBICS on NASDAQ. He also served in various management capacities for companies in the UB Group in the United Kingdom and India from 1984 to August 1997, including public companies listed on London Stock Exchange. Mr. Nalavadi has successfully completed several mergers and acquisitions worldwide and has extensive experience in successfully integrating back office operations to deliver measurable benefits and enhance return on investment.

Mr. Nalavadi received the membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and was awarded the Bachelors of Commerce and Economics degree with First Class Honors from University of Bombay

Presently Mr. Nalavadi is designated as Director Finance and Chief Financial Officer on the Board of R Systems International Limited.

Mr. Raj Swaminathan joined the Board of R Systems on September 29, 2006. Mr. Swaminathan has over 23 years of experience in IT & Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining R Systems, Mr. Swaminathan has had a distinguished 11 years career at GE where he was Vice President and CIO at GE-Countrywide, India and part of the senior Global Consumer Finance corporate IT team. Earlier in his career, Mr. Swaminathan also headed the IT function at Standard Chartered Bank for the consumer, corporate banking and treasury businesses.

Mr. Swaminathan has completed his MBA from XLRI after his graduation in Engineering.

Presently Mr. Swaminathan is designated as Director and Chief Operating Officer on the Board of R Systems International Limited.

Mr. Raj Kumar Gogia joined the Board of R Systems on July 09, 2002. Mr. Gogia has over 45 years of rich and vast experience of serving various Indian, multi national and foreign concerns.

Mr. Gogia graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur.

Presently Mr. Gogia is designated as Non Executive Independent Director on the Board of R Systems International Limited.

Mr. David Richard Sanchez joined the Board of R Systems on July 09, 2002. Mr. Sanchez has over 23 years experience of working with various big concerns including J.P. Morgan & Company (New York), Bankers Trust Company (New York), Merrill Lynch International (California), Bear Stearns & Company (California), Sanchez Global Advisors Inc. (California).

Mr. Sanchez has graduated with a M.A. Political Science and M. Philosophy Honors from Yale University in 1981.

Presently Mr. Sanchez is designated as Non Executive Independent Director on the Board of R Systems International Limited.

Mr. Gurbax Bhasin joined the Board of R Systems on December 27, 2005. Mr. Bhasin has over 25 years experience in textile, fashion and apparel industry. Prior to joining R Systems, Mr. Bhasin has been involved in the textile, fashion and apparel industry and understands well the intricacies of the apparel industry.

Mr. Bhasin has graduated with a Bachelors in Engineering degree.

Presently Mr. Bhasin is designated as Non Executive Independent Director on the Board of R Systems International Limited.

Mr. Paruthi joined the Board of R Systems on September 29, 2006. Mr. Paruthi has over 25 years of experience of efficiently serving various multinational; some of them are Siemens Limited, Bhartia Cutler Hammer Ltd & Omron Asia Pacific Pte.

Mr. Paruthi has graduated with a Bachelor of Technology (Hons.) degree from IIT, Kharagpur. He has also completed a certificate course in export marketing from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.
