R Systems International Limited Financial Year 2007 results by March 31, 2008

Noida, January 07, 2008: R Systems International Limited has informed NSE and BSE that the Company would be publishing the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on December 31, 2007 within the stipulated period of 3 months after the year end. The Audited Results would be considered at the Board Meeting proposed to be held within 3 months i.e. on or before March 31, 2008.

Consequently, the Company shall not be publishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the fourth quarter ended on December 31, 2007.
