July 30, 2007 has inter alia unanimously approved the
following:
Audited financial results
for the quarter & half year ended June 30, 2007.
Unaudited consolidated
financial results for the quarter & half year
ended June 30, 2007.
Reconstitution of the Compensation Committee of
directors with the addition of Mr. Suresh Paruthi,
non-executive independent director as the member
of the said committee. After reconstitution the
Compensation Committee consists of the following
four directors as its members
