April 28, 2007 has inter alia unanimously approved the
following:
The audited financial
results of the Company & the unaudited consolidated
financial results for the quarter ended March 31,
2007.
An investment up to US$
1 million for setting up of a wholly owned subsidiary
company in Belgium.
