Noida, November 10, 2006: R Systems International Limited today announces that the name of its recently acquired wholly owned subsidiary company WebConverse, Inc. based in USA has been changed to R Systems Solutions, Inc. The change of name has been registered by the Secretary of State, State of California, USA on 09th November 2006.
