Pension scheme
When the Employee has reached the age of 21, the Employer allows the Employee to join the pension scheme according to the pension rules.

Salary savings scheme
The Employer shall give the Employee the opportunity to participate in the salary savings scheme, subject to the conditions of the salary savings scheme, as long as the Employer offers this benefit.

Vacation
The Employee is entitled to holidays on a pro-rata basis related to the working hours of the Employee per calendar year. The Employee is entitled to 23 holidays per calendar year on the basis of 40 working hours per week.

Holiday pay
The Employee shall be entitled to an annual holiday allowance equal to 8% of the gross salary earned during the preceding period of April 16, through April, 15. The holiday allowance shall be paid in May, in deduction of the taxes and premiums required by law.

Special leave
We have several types of special leave (i.e. in case of marriage, childbirth, decease of a family member, calamities, care leave etc.). Please contact your HR department about the conditions if you feel this is applicable.

Performance based bonus
We offer our agents the chance to earn bonuses in addition to their basic salary if they perform well.

Absence reduction bonus
An employee who has not been of ill for a full quarter, will receive an absence reduction bonus in the form of extra leave. The Employee can build up a total of 3 extra vacation days per year.

Travel allowance
The Employee qualifies for travel allowance to and from the company according to the guidelines in the "CAO".

Following "CAO" (Collective Bargaining Agreement) for Facilitating Call Centres. Deviations of this agreement are settled with the Works Council.

Flexible working hours
Benefits are subject to Dutch law and company policy.
