Thomas, Hon’ble Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution will formally present the award in a ceremony, to be held on April 26, 2013, at the NDMC Convention Center, New Delhi. The award consists of a certificate, a plaque, a silver salver inscribed with logo Q, and a cash award of Rs. 1 lakh.
