News India -Times ranks R Systems #3 in Software Services in for 2005 amongst Indian-American Companies

News India-Times, a weekly published from New York and focusing on Issues and Achievements of Indian-American companies, released its 10th Annual listing of the top 100 Indian-American firms in the United States of America. This list chronicles the emergence and the growth of companies in America founded and owned by Indians. Collectively, companies featured in the study have generated over $3.3 billion in revenues and provides full time employment to over 24,000 employees.

Founded by Rekhi Singh in 1991, R Systems is based in El Dorado Hills, CA. It is ranked third amongst companies providing software services. It today has over 50 Fortune 1000 and mid-sized US customers. As company focused on developing software products for ISV’s and service providers, it also does extensive work for Public Sector organizations. Its iPLM services and proprietary pSuite execution framework are now used by over thirty software product and service companies in the United States. The award winning Megan’s Law application for the California Department of Justice was also executed by R Systems. R Systems today employs over 1100 employees in six countries. R Systems has three delivery centers in India located in Noida, Pune and Chennai. These centers are ISO 9001:2000 and SEI: CMM level 5 certified.
