Noida, February 03, 2009: The meeting of the Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 12, 2009 at the Corporate Office of the Company at C - 40, Sector - 59, Noida to inter alia transact the following business

1. To consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended December 31, 2008 and also approve the results for the last quarter ended December 31, 2008.
2. To consider and recommend the payment of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended December 31, 2008.
