April 16, 2008: The meeting of the Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, April 25, 2008 at the Corporate Office of the Company at C - 40, Sector - 59, Noida to inter alia consider the following:
- To consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company and the unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
- To consider and approve an additional investment in / loan up to US$ 1 million in R Systems Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of R Systems International Limited.
