Noida, January 21, 2009: The Board of directors of R Systems
International Limited at its meeting held on January 21, 2009 has inter alia unanimously
approved the following
- The reappointment and remuneration of Mr. O’Neil Nalavadi as Director Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
- The reappointment and remuneration of Lt. Gen. Baldev Singh (Retd.) as President and Senior Executive Director of the Company.
