R Systems Announces its Results for the Quarter & Half year ended June 30, 2007
Noida, July 30, 2007: The Board of directors of R Systems
International Limited at its meeting held on July 30, 2007 has inter alia unanimously
approved the following:
- Audited financial results for the quarter & half year ended June 30, 2007.
- Unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter & half year ended June 30, 2007.
- Reconstitution of the Compensation Committee of directors with the addition of Mr. Suresh Paruthi,
non-executive independent director as the member of the said committee. After reconstitution
the Compensation Committee consists of the following four directors as its members:-
- Mr. Raj Kumar Gogia Non Executive Independent Director
- Mr. David Richard Sanchez Non Executive Independent Director
- Mr. Suresh Paruthi Non Executive Independent Director
- Lt. Gen. Baldev Singh (Retd.) Senior Executive Director
