Noida, October 17, 2007: The meeting of the Board of Directors of
R Systems International Limited is scheduled to be held on Sunday, October 28, 2007 at
the Corporate Office of the Company at C - 40, Sector - 59, Noida to inter alia
consider the following:
- To take on record the audited financial results of the Company & the unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007.
- To consider, discuss and approve the reappointment of Lt. Gen. Baldev Singh (Retd.) as the President and Senior Executive Director of the Company.
