R Systems Announces its Results for the First Quarter ended March 31, 2008
Noida, April 25, 2008: The Board of directors of R Systems International Limited
at its meeting held on April 25, 2008 has inter alia unanimously approved the following:
- Adopted the audited balance sheet as at December 31, 2007 and the profit and loss
account for the year ended on that date together with the reports of auditors and
directors thereon;
- Audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
- Unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
- Approved an additional investment in / loan up to US$ 1 million in R Systems Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of R Systems International Limited
- Took on record the change of name of its recently acquired subsidiary Sento Europe B.V. to R Systems Europe B.V.
