R Systems Announces its Results for First Quarter ended March 31, 2007
Noida, April 28, 2007: The Board of directors of R Systems
International Limited at its meeting held on April 28, 2007 has inter alia unanimously
approved the following:
- The audited financial results of the Company & the unaudited consolidated financial
results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.
- An investment up to US$ 1 million for setting up of a wholly owned subsidiary
company in Belgium.
