The meeting of the Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at the Corporate Office of the Company at C - 40, Sector - 59, Noida to inter alia consider and approve the following:
- To consider, discuss and approve the reappointment and remuneration of Mr. O’Neil Nalavadi as Director Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
- To consider, discuss and approve the reappointment and remuneration of Lt. Gen. Baldev Singh (Retd.) as the President and Senior Executive Director of the Company.
