R Systems Announces its Board Meeting to inter alia consider the following

Noida, January 31, 2012: The meeting of the Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 09, 2012 at the Corporate Office of the Company at C - 40, Sector - 59, Noida to inter alia transact the following businesses:

1. To consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the financial year ended December 31, 2011 and also approve the results for the last quarter ended December 31, 2011.
2. To consider and recommend the payment of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended December 31, 2011.
3. To consider, discuss and approve the reappointment and remuneration of Lt. Gen. Baldev Singh (Retd.) as the President and Senior Executive Director of the Company.
