Noida, December 12, 2010: The Board of directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting held on December 12, 2010 has unanimously approved the acquisition of 100% shares of a U.K. based Software Company engaged in the telecom sector subject to final due diligence and applicable corporate and other regulatory approvals.
