Continual Learning & Development @ R Systems
The RSI’s Continual Learning Development Forum (CLDF) is a research and advisory
service within the organization that explores new thinking and develops next practice
roadmaps that address the major challenges of business.
Just as in about all businesses, organizational activities and people practices
continually evolve, driven as they always are by competition between the various
stakeholders (such as customers, companies and industries). However, things must
change dramatically in response to new challenges, technologies, new players or
the disruption of existing business processes. Understanding how organizational
activities and practices are evolving is essential for sound organizational planning.
Our recent research in this area focused on verticalization of our overall business
activities, as yesterday’s new ideas become today’s best practices. Over the last
six months, we have sought to apply these concepts directly to the management of
our business strategies.
