Closure of Trading Window

This is with reference to “R Systems International Limited Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders” framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of R Systems International Limited (the “Company”) will be closed for the directors/ officers/ designated persons of the Company from May 24, 2022 to June 03, 2022.
