Opening of Trading Window

The Company has disclosed the financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 and other business as approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 30, 2016 and thus, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance with “R Systems International Limited Code of Internal procedures & conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading” will be opened from Tuesday i.e. May 03, 2016.
