Opening of Trading Window

The Company has disclosed the financial results for the quarter and half year ended June 30, 2018 and other business as approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 27, 2018 and thus, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance with “R Systems International Limited Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders” is now open.
