The meeting of the Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 03, 2017 at the Corporate Office of the Company at C – 40, Sector – 59, Noida to inter alia transact the following businesses:

• To consider and approve the audited standalone financial results and the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2017.
• Allotment of equity shares pursuant to the exercise of the stock options granted to the employees of the Company under R Systems International Ltd Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007.
