R Systems Announces its Board Meeting to inter alia consider the following

The meeting of the Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited is scheduled to be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the Corporate Office of the Company at C – 40, Sector – 59, Noida to inter alia consider the following:

1. To consider and approve the appointment of all existing Non – Executive & Independent Directors of the Company as Independent Directors in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. To consider, discuss and approve the re-appointment and remuneration of Lt. Gen. Baldev Singh (Retd.) (DIN: 00006966) as President & Senior Executive Director of the Company.
