R Systems Announces its Board Meeting to inter alia consider the following

The meeting of the Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 07, 2014 at the Corporate Office of the Company at C – 40, Sector – 59, Noida to inter alia transact the following businesses:

1. To consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the financial year ended December 31, 2013 and also approve the results for the last quarter ended December 31, 2013.
2. To consider and recommend the payment of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended December 31, 2013.
