R Systems Announces its Board Meeting to inter alia consider the following

The meeting of the Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited is scheduled to be held on Sunday, January 19, 2014 to inter alia consider the fixing of record date for ascertaining the entitlement and allotment of equity shares consequent to sub-division of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each into equity shares of Re. 1/- each as approved by the shareholders by passing necessary resolution through Postal Ballot on January 14, 2014.
