R Systems Announces its Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended September 30, 2015

The Board of directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting held on October 29, 2015 has inter alia approved the following:

1. Audited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2015.
2. Unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2015.
3. Payment of Third Interim Dividend for the year 2015 at the rate of Re. 0.25 (Twenty Five Paise) per equity share of Re. 1/- each. Third Interim Dividend will be paid on November 20, 2015 to those shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the Record Date fixed in this regard i.e. November 06, 2015.
