The Board of directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting held on November 02, 2017 has inter alia transacted the following businesses:

1. Approved the audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017.
2. Approved the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017.
3. Approved the closure of New Zealand Branch Office of the Company.
4. Approved the setting up of a Branch Office of the Company in United Kingdom.
5. Considered and did not approve the Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2017.
