R Systems Announces the outcome of its Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting held on May 10, 2014 has inter alia approved the increase in sitting fee for non-executive directors from Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- for attending the meeting of Board or Committees thereof.
