The Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited (the “Company”) at its meeting held on February 13, 2023 has inter alia Transacted following businesses:

• Approved the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended December 31, 2022.
• Approved the Director’s Report of the Company along with annexures thereto for the financial year ended December 31, 2022.
