    Skills Required:

    • Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of five years managing a team of four or more developers, demonstrating effective team management skills.
    • Possess at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in web application development, showcasing a deep understanding of web development principles and best practices.
    • Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and their related frameworks such as Vue, ReactJS, Redux, Angular, and jQuery. Strong command of CSS, Node.js.

    Automation QA Lead (Python)

    EXPERIENCE: 9 - 14 years

    Location- Noida / Pune

    Skills Required:

    • 10 years of extensive experience in the field of Test Automation using Selenium/Appium and Python.
    • Proven leadership experience or a strong desire to take on leadership responsibilities within a QA team.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team of 4 or more QA and Automation Engineers.
    • Strong expertise in setting up and configuring Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
    • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and configurations.

    EXPERIENCE: 12 - 16 years

    Skills Required:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
    • Expertise in one or more Salesforce Product Technologies and is capable of embedding these capabilities into existing or new Salesforce Platform based solutions
    • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce platform
    • Present architecture options and recommendations - including configuration vs customization
    • Ability to work with clients for requirements grooming and translate business needs into solution design and functional specs for the team
    • Support design creation leveraging best practices and reviews with Architects
    • Experience with CPQ, Healthcare or Financial Services industries (Preferred)
    • Excellent writing, presentation, communication and organization skills

    Salesforce Delivery Manager

    EXPERIENCE: 13 - 16 years

    Location- Noida / Chennai / Pune

    Skills Required:

    • Be accountable and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions in line with strategic business objectives.
    • Provide consultation directly to customers around solution options as needed and work with the project team to develop a strategy for the execution of product roadmaps.
    • Work with key business stakeholders to prioritize planned and unplanned development and maintenance project engagements.
    • Work with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to develop high-level understanding of the scope and feasibility of technical solutions and oversee product planning, delivery, release management, and deployment to ensure technology standards and business needs are met.
    • Lead all design/development aspects of SDLC for Salesforce projects in partnership with PMO and head project execution, resource deployment, and overall leadership and coordination efforts to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
    • Ensure proper functioning of the Products / Applications , recommend upgrades, escalate any issues, risks, and decisions to the COE Leader or other stakeholders as necessary, and develop mitigating actions.

    Candidate Profile:

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications.

    • 13+ years of hands on coding experience on Salesforce and leading development teams.
    • 4 years of overall project delivery experience in Salesforce and should have 1 or 2 Enterprise full life cycle project implementation experience of Salesforce/Force.com projects as a Delivery Manager.
    • Experience with different Salesforce Clouds and Integration technologies.
    • Experience using Agile methodologies.
    • Must have Salesforce Certifications like Admin, PD1, PD2, JS1 etc.
    • Good to have architect certification.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills to earn the support of business leaders, technology leaders, colleagues, and vendor representatives.
    • Exceptional Planning and Project Management skills; ability to handle multiple cross-functional dev pods and simultaneous business requirements.

    Android Automotive Developer

    EXPERIENCE: 5 - 10 years

    Skills Required:

    • Experience working on Automotive IVI (In Vehicle Infotainment) with Automotive Android or Linux
    • Excellent understanding of design principles and implementation of MVVM for Android or Android
    • Experience working with BLE in Android or Linux

    • Extensive expertise in Azure services, Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDB, Cognito, DR strategy, and others
    • Strong proficiency in tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and Bitbucket
    • Proficiency in automation and scripting using technologies like Python, Terraform, or CloudFormation
    • Assist solution and technical architects in developing secure and dependable applications on public cloud platforms in accordance with the Cloud Eco-System.
    • Proven expertise as an Azure Solution Architect, with extensive experience in designing cloud-native solutions on Azure Professional-level Certification in Azure is preferred.
    • Create and deploy secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions on the Azure platform.
    • Implement microservices architecture, ensuring effective execution and implementation
    • Facilitate the migration of on-premises applications to the cloud environment
    • Ensure that solutions comply with current and emerging regulatory requirements, meet audit control points, and align with established standards.

    DevOps Engineer

    EXPERIENCE: 7 - 10 years

    Skills Required:

    • Able to code in C++, Python, PowerShell and experience source code control platforms and processes
    • Should have experience in automotive domain.
    • Knowledge of good coding practices and standards, including object-oriented design, code refactoring, and code documentation
    • Experience with Source Code Management Tools (e.g. Git, TFS, VSTS, RTC)
    • Requires some Public Cloud platform project and resource administration experience (PaaS, SaaS and IaaS).
