R Systems Announces the outcome

The Board of directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting held on September 22, 2017 has inter alia approved the following business:

1. Scheme of Amalgamation under Section 230-232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 between GM Solutions Private Limited and R Systems International Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors.
