The Company has declared the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2016 and other business as approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 26, 2016 and thus, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for directors/officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance with “R Systems International Limited Code of Internal procedures & conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading” will be opened w.e.f.
