This is to inform you that the management of R Systems International Limited (the “Company”) have been informed by Dr. Satinder Singh Rekhi, Promoter and MD & CEO of the Company, that all the Promoters and members of the Promoter Group of the Company have executed a definitive agreement on November 16, 2022 with BCP Asia II Topco II Pte. Ltd., for selling their shareholding in the Company.
The Company has also received a copy of Public Announcement dated November 16, 2022 in relation to the Offer to the Shareholders of the Company by BCP Asia II Topco II Pte. Ltd. (“Acquirer”) along with Blackstone Capital Partners Asia II L.P. (“PAC”).
