R Systems International Limited (the “Company”) has received an e-mail dated August 21, 2023 from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for levying a Fine of Rs 64,000/- each for non-compliance of the Regulation 19(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
