R Systems Announces its Results for the Quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2019

The Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited at its meeting held on October 25, 2019 has inter alia transacted the following businesses:

Approved the audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2019.
Approved the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2019.
Approved the appointment of Mr. Jitender Singh, Company Secretary in Whole Time Practice as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year ending December 31, 2019 pursuant to Section 204(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
Approved the Scheme of Amalgamation (‘Scheme’) under Section 230-232, 234 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 between RightMatch Holdings Limited (”RightMatch”) and R Systems International Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors.
